The protocols are suggested by the authors but few have been assessed in studies. They are therefore only suggestions to guide you. Each treatment must be adapted to the individual patient depending on what his clinical examination reveals.
Every treatment must be preceded by a clinical examination, complementary examinations if deemed necessary and a diagnosis.
